This time we look at hybrid working. A hybrid workplace is a flexible model designed for employees who spend time both in the office and working remotely. But it’s not as easy as simply coming in, for example, three-set days a week.
If you did, you might never see certain colleagues, not have the right resources to hand when you need them, or fail to match your workloads.
So, what is the ‘best’ ratio between home and office?
The former head of research at HB Reavis, Iva Kleinova, talks through the key points in the podcast.

Which can mean big challenges around either having too much real estate, or people jostling for desks.
The best way forward is to think about your people’s needs and the types of work activities they perform – and structure the space and its usage. And this podcast’s the perfect starting point.
All the signs are that adaptability will be one of business’ key skills for years to come – so all this is good practice anyway!
